About Us

Peter Crichton studied his craft at the well respected "Photography Studies College of Melbourne". He worked as a photographer for an advertising company in Richmond and shot weddings for a famous wedding photography studio in Melbourne on weekends. Peter shot many celebrity weddings during this time, of which his favourite was Hugh Jackman and Debra-Lee Furness.

Peters passion for wedding photography took him to the Gold Coast in 1996, a place he believes is the wedding capital of Australia, with a plan to build a professional team of photographers.

The Peter Crichton Photography team are accredited members of the A.I.P.P ( Australian Institute of Professional Photography ) & the A.B.I.A ( Australian Bridal Industry Academy ). We also do consulting work for A.I.C.A (Australian and International College of Art).
